Scope
These terms apply to sales of equipment and to services by UTES COMPANY concluded on the website utescompany.com or following a request made on the website.
Prices and currencies
Prices are shown in the company's currency. Amounts shown in another currency are equivalents at the daily rate set by UTES COMPANY; the amount due is calculated at the rate on the day of payment. Prices may change without notice; the price applied is the one in force at the time of reservation.
Reservation
The website basket is a reservation, not a payment. Reserved equipment is held for 7 days. If it is not paid for within that time, the reservation is cancelled automatically.
Payment and collection
Payment is made at the UTES COMPANY counter, in cash or by the other means accepted at the counter, in one or more currencies. Equipment is handed over at the time of payment, with an invoice.
Availability
"In stock" means the product is available when you view it. "On order" means a supply lead time, confirmed when the reservation is confirmed.
Services and quotes
Work (installation, maintenance, electrical work, painting…) is subject to a quote. The accepted quote sets the scope, price and timing of the work.
Returns
A product may be returned under the conditions given at the counter, with its invoice, complete and in its original packaging. Refunds can be made in the currency of your choice among those accepted at the till, at the daily rate.
Warranty
Equipment is covered by the warranty described on the "Warranty" page.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Please contact us first at info@utescompany.com: we will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
