Installation work
Installations carried out by UTES COMPANY are guaranteed against installation defects for the period stated on the accepted quote.
What the warranty does not cover
- Misuse, impact, moisture or power surges.
- Work or modifications carried out by a third party.
- Normal wear and consumables.
Making a warranty claim
Come to the counter with the invoice and the equipment, or contact us on +243 991 453 381 or at info@utescompany.com. After diagnosis, the equipment is repaired or replaced.
