Yes. A technician comes on site, studies your needs and gives you a detailed quote, with no obligation.
How does online reservation work?
You reserve equipment on the site, then pay and collect it at the store counter. The reservation is held for one week.
Is the equipment warranted?
Yes, all equipment sold or installed is warranted. The period depends on the manufacturer and is shown on the invoice.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up the manufacturer's app for live viewing and playback.
Which currencies do you accept?
US dollars and Congolese francs, at the daily rate. Site prices can be shown in the currency of your choice.
Do you work outside Goma?
Yes, across North Kivu and in Gisenyi, on quote depending on distance.
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes, with annual maintenance contracts or on-demand call-outs.
